Here at Real Estate By Design, we tailor our resources to each agent. We’re all about creating an individualistic home buying and selling experience for our clients, and we have cultivated a similar approach when it comes to managing our team. Our culture is based on inclusivity, market knowledge, and experience. We provide support and guidance when you need us, with no unnecessary corporate policies and overhead.
As a company we offer catered lunch once a month for our Workday Wednesday's, where we come together to share a meal and talk shop. We also provide our Annual Client Appreciation Event at the Durham Bulls party deck. This gives our Agents the opportunity to invite their top sphere of influence from the past year to say thank you, network, and generate referrals for next year. Our goal is to provide you with the tools to present yourself as a memorable local expert.
Helping Grow Your Business
The goal is to let our agents keep more of the money they earn. We don't nickel and dime them for the small stuff. (Copies, E and O, publications, marketing, etc.) Our Agents have access to a lead generation portal to tap into for new clients. This comes with a CRM for managing and keeping in touch with their database. (REBD does NOT take our Agents database.)
For convenience, we have up to date technology to provide a paperless back office to house your transactions. No driving paperwork into the office!

No matter what you choose to do in life, you should never stop trying to learn as much as you can. This is especially true in the real estate world, which is why we provide our agents with all of the resources and training they need to find innovative solutions.

Marketing
We have an in house marketing manager to promote our agents, and the company as a whole. At no cost to our agents, we put money behind campaigns with every new listing, and again at closing to promote your business.
Providing you with continuous custom content, our marketing manager sends out weekly emails full of shareable posts for your own social media channels. Need some training on social media or marketing yourself in general? We have staff to help you do that too.
