Originally from Virigina Beach, Tiwana is now a longtime resident of Durham who decided to pursue a career in real estate to be able to share her knowledge of the community and provide education and helpful resources. Whether it’s helping first time homebuyers, current owners moving, or savvy investors, her goal with each client is to be a source of encouragement, expert insight, and provide a comprehensive view of the process. The joy people have when successfully completing settlement is what drives her business, along with the desire to offer the services to clients that she would want for herself and her family. Tiwana works with buyers, sellers, and investors and is well versed in the new construction process, as well as those relocating from out of state, and retirees looking for their personal retreat throughout the Triangle and surrounding areas. Outside of real estate, Tiwana likes to explore the latest in Downtown Durham, donating time to the efforts of others reaching their dreams,and enjoys spending time with her family. She is the happy wife and best friend to Frank Adams Jr and a very proud mother of Frank III and Jalen.
